About Me

My name is Avishag Maya. I am a naturopath and herbalist who specializes in fertility and sexual function. I teach Tantra and sacred sexuality to women and couples that are interested in increasing their pleasure and libido. I also teach the Fertility Awareness Method, of course.

In this video I will be explaining how I came upon FAM.

All of the work I do is dedicated to helping people observe and learn their body, and connect with and love themselves. My path has included years of study, investigation, both in Israel and abroad, and careful collection of tools that have helped me do for myself what I now teach others; get to know myself and love who I am.

I believe that all I have learned must be paid forward and be passed on to others in order for us to be able to create a more loving and healthy world together.

Where I studied:
If I am getting into this, I might as well start at the very beginning. I was lucky enough to grow up with an adventurous, spiritual and all-around amazing mother who taught me that everything is possible and all dreams exist in order to be fulfilled. Growing up, my father was devoted and loving and taught me to believe in myself and never give up. My mother was the one who taught me first and second level Reiki and it was through her that I was exposed to the world of shamanism and Native American culture.

From that point, I continued my education :
